The time is here to enjoy your new clubhouse and pool!
The doors will be open for all residents Friday (7/4) through Sunday (7/6) from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. for the Grand Opening.
Following the Grand Opening, the statement attached in the amount of $150 discussed in the 2025 dues letter dated December 17, 2024, and will need to be paid in full within 30 days.
Homeowners will receive one fob per household upon receipt of payment.
Homeowners can purchase additional fobs for $25.00 each.
The clubhouse/pool is now a common area and maintained by the HOA.
Therefore, all homeowners are required to pay the assessment in full whether you plan to utilize the clubhouse/pool or not.
Reservations
Clubhouse reservations can be made online and require a refundable deposit in the amount $125.00 prior to the date of the event. Homeowners are responsible for all cleaning and any damage incurred.
* Pool reservations are available outside of the regular pool hours and require homeowners to hire a lifeguard through Northwest Pool Services at:

Bison Creek Pool Rules
• Anyone entering the pool or pool area after closing time will be trespassing and subject to arrest.
• ABSOLUTELY NO DIVING IN THE POOL
• The POA, pool Management Company and lifeguards are NOT responsible for injuries.
• The POA is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property.
• Lifeguards will always be present when the pool is available. Every hour there will be a 10-minute safety break, and everyone must exit the pool during this time.
• Lifeguard is not there to check admittance. The usage of the pool is self-policing by POA members.
• Children under the age of 12-years old must be accompanied by a responsible party at least 18 years old.
• The lifeguards are not babysitters and will substitute for adult supervision of young children.
• People with band aids, skin disorders, open wounds, or other infections should not enter the pool.
• Infants are required to wear swim diapers in the pool.
• Food and beverages may be brought to the pool. All trash must be placed in the containers provided.
• NO Glass containers (beverage containers) of any kind permitted in the fenced pool area/cabana area.
• No Loud music.
• No animals, other than service animals as directed by a physician’s order.
• No tobacco of any kind including vapes, snuff, chewing tobacco, cigarettes, cigars, and e-cigs are allowed anywhere in the fenced area of the pool.
• Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly and NOT thrown on the ground of any of the POA property.
• Any person deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be asked to leave and law enforcement will be called if needed.
• Running, horseplay or roughness will not be tolerated.
• Appropriate swim attire is to be worn on pool grounds.
• Do Not distract the lifeguards while they are on duty, as they are there for everyone’s safety.
• To have access to the pool, POA members must be in good standing including but not limited to POA fees, assessments paid in full and unresolved violations.
• Each household may have a maximum of 4 guests in the pool area. This is subject to change if the pool use by POA members increases and the pool area becomes crowded.
At the discretion of the Bison Creek POA, violations of the pool rules may result in losing pool privileges for the season.
• 1st offense – Verbal Warning
• 2nd Offense – Our of the pool for 30 minutes
• 3rd Offense – Asked to leave the pool for the day
• Any further violations could result in suspension of pool membership
• For serious offenses an escalation of policy may be warranted.
